Posted on: 8/8/2001 Name: Hope Email: psychoslugger@gurlmail.com Subject: Tired of being hated I feel the same as you. When I stop to think about the hateful, senseless
torment that the Wiccans go through, I can't help but cry. It's true, people fear and
hate what they don't understand, and Wicca is no exception, sadly. My own mother has
turned against me, refusing to even mention the word "witchcraft", because she
believes it to be evil. I love her dearly, but I believe what I believe. And I
believe that Wicca is a beautiful religion once you understand what it's really
about. I am relieved to find a religion centered upon love and nature, with no
tolerance for hate. Too many are too quick to judge, and until we stop judging
others, we shall never achieve peace. Blessed Be.
