Subject: the board

Hi,

I have always been attracted to the forbidden! I am wondering and truly interested in the board, but have no one to try with. Despite the many warnings about its use, I would like to know how to stop a session if the board was getting agitated and i felt a discomfort. I read a lot about the board but never found the S.T.O.P only what shouldn't be done. Can you help me ?
