Dear Agememnon,
How does one escape the unwanted advances of a psychic vampire or so he calls himself? I met and began chatting with a man on line and then all kinds of weird things happened. He knew things about me I didnt tell him--intimate things one could not know such as the time of my monthly period. Everytime I come on line, he follows sometimes he says nothing but it is as if being watched all the time. At times I would get very ill and bleed freely----he would know about it befroe I said anything and ask me how badly I felt. I turned him into ISP but they say there is nothing they can do other then warn him at this point. He is in a foriegn country (England) and the police think its very hilarious. I consulted with another so called full fledged vampire and was told that this being is well known in vampire circles and I , unfortunately, should count myself among the lost. Is there any way to shut this off?
danielle

My Dearest Dani,
I have not encountered such a vampire in almost thirty years. They are sensitve to you in areas relating to you blood. He seems to be toying with you just to upset you. If he wanted to cause you harm he would have done so already. If he is indeed in England there is much closer prey.
I know of the athorities lack of belief in the Vampyre world. It is very much a part of what has kept me alive this long. They do not acknowledge our existance because doing so would open more fear than they can deal with.
My suggestion to you is to remain clear of his field of vision, i.e. the internet. Try changing internet services or at the very least your screen name. Do not acknowledge him. He is feeding off of your fear. He may still be able to read your presence, but he NEEDS to taunt you. Give him no satisfaction in that arena and he will seek easier prey.
Good luck to you,
Walk Safely,
Agememnon

how many teeth do you have? how much much blood do you drink per night? how much per week? do you generally need to kill your food? what would happen if a mortal drank some of your blood? could you possibly send several drops of your blood through the mail to an interested mortal? could you estimate how much blood you drink in a month? do you have fangs? how many fangs do you have? are they retractable? do you have any "super-human powers" that came as a result of being a vampire? would you please define the word 'vampyre' in your own words? thank you ever so much. It is a wonderful thing you are doing by answering questions like this. Awaiting your reply with baited breath.
vainamoinen (mike) leisti

So Many questions Mr. Lesti,
I have never counted my teeth before, needsless to say I have more now than I had in mortal life, not because being a vampire gives you MORE teeth, but it did enable me to regrow the teeth I lost in a fight as a youth. Since my head is no bigger now than it was when I was a mortal I imagine I have as many teeth as you.
I drink as much blood per night as I need to stop the thirst that wracks my body every sunset. "How much food do you eat per day, per week?" You see when I hunt, I don't normally bring a fluid mesuring implement.
As to whether a victim survives after having been drained depends on their own strength. Ann Rice was correct in her assumption about never drinking from the dead, but it's more a matter of taste.
I do NOT perform a "mail order service" for my blood. The creation of a vampyre is an intmate thing.
Yes, I have fangs. They are as necessary for my survival as your canines are for yours. They do not retract. I too saw this effect in several movies and found it amusing.
My senses of smell and touch have improved accutely. I can smell mortal blood. Conversely, I can smell vampyre blood. I can feel vibrations of the ground and are much more so than when I was a mortal. It is more of a feeling of being one with the world. Everything in this universe acts on everything else by some small degree, a mortal I either didn't perceve this or I ignored it. It has been so long.
I am undoubtedly stronger than I was. I have never transofrmed myself into a bat or a wolf, but I tend to communicate better with some animals.
A vampyre is thirst, it is instinct and power. It is the undeniable drive that lies inside that forces us to go beyond.
I hope I have satiated your curiosity.

HI MY NAME IS DRAGO (code name),
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT VAMPIRES. FOR YEARS I HAVE TRIED TO FIND A FACT ABOUT VAMPIRES.
I WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A VAMPIRE BUT I NEED MORE INFORMATION. AM I CRAZY ? PLEASE TELL ME. I MUST KNOW. ITS BEEN 10 YEARS THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOOK FOR A SOLOUTION.
PLEASE E-MAIL ME.
THANK YOU,
DRAGO.

Hello Drago,
What know of about being a vampyre is what Hollywood has put into most people's heads.
The works of Stoker and Rice have made us out to be exotic and our life idyllic.
In my long life I have made only three people vampyre. Twice out of friendship and once out of revenge (yes, revenge). Out of the three, two are dead, and one disappeared.
Few people consider the consequences of their requests. The simple pleasures of mortal life that you take for granted will be gone forever. Things like enjoying a normal meal, a swim on a sunny day, or the friendships and families you have had will be gone.
Consider carefully my friend,
Agememnon

Question(s): Would you make a vampire of me?

Such a simple request.
It would be so easy to say yes except, I am not a Psychic vampyre and I have never claimed to be. Since you left no name or other information this would be impossible in the extreme.
It is, however not my place to populate the world with vampyres. When I select a mortal there is a very good reason. It's a very intamate thing. Do you also email beautliful models and ask them to have sex with you?
So good to smile again.
Thank you my friend.
Agememnon

A few years back ;thru meditation and dream analysis;I discovered that i am the reincarnated Lady Bathory and that I've had a few lifes between then and now. My problem is that I don't seem to have my insatiable blood lust or rampant vanity.I am rather insecure. But I still have my wicked flirting sense and still seem to draw men (and women)to me.Could this loss of dominant aspects be retribution for what I did or is it possible that over the lives i've lived that I just naturally lost them. Thank you and pleasant daymares

My Dear Erzsebet,
While the countess is a bit before my time (she was said to have died in 1640), I have questioned whether she ever was a real vampyre myself. She had a passion for youth and used to bathe in and drink the warm blood of virgins in order to try and keep it.
I would be interested in what type of mediation you used to make this conclusion. It sounds interesting.
If you feel you are her reincarnation, I would ask you if you felt her unquenchable passion for remaining young.
Let me suggest some reading for you:
Vampyre: A Guide to the World of the Undead
Try this and decide if you really are the phisical incarnation of the countess.
I look forward to hearing from you again,
Agememnon

Dear Agememnon,
I would like to know if you need a coffin and if so do you have to keep it in a cold dark place like on the movies? Also if you were to go out into the sunlight would you burst into flames or something? And one last question when you go out at night for dinner do you have a certain quizine that you prefer?Thank you for taking time out to read and answer my questions!
Nancy

Greetings Nancy,
I had a coffin for some time and it was indeed in a cold dark place, but not because I prefer it cold and dark. In the days when I used a coffin, the only places to hide it were in basements which were invariably cold and dark.
Today we have a room that is well appointed. It is in a basement but it's no longer dark and cold. There is no windows here and I need to keep out of the daylight.
While I don't believe I would simply burst into flames like in the theater, I do find the light of day is draining and uncomfortable.
As to whose blood I prefer, there are victims whose blood seems more satisfying than others, but i have never been able to sub divide any type of persona s a favorite, either by age, race or gender.
When I began my life as a vampyre I started with whatever I could find. These days I can afford to be a bit more selective.
Enjoy the daylight,
Agememnon

I want to know what it takes to be a vampire. what kind of power do vampires have including your self? Is it true that you have to sleep during the day because of the sun? Do you sleep in a coffin or a regular bed? Are you still with the companion that made you?
JOHN

Hello John,
Being a vampire takes a will to survive. It takes instinct. It is not an escape, it is much harder than mortal life, but the benfits are sweeter.
As I stated in an earlier message, I still have a coffin, but I do not need to use it anymore. I have a comfortable, well appointed room that suits us.
Leanna and I are still together, though we hunt separately.
Leanna is amused that I have taken to answering these messages. She understands little of computers and the internet. I alone find it fascinating.
Enjoy the Daylight and Walk Safely

I like your story. It's a good story. Fiction, of course. But good fiction. Will you prove me wrong? Let's see. You said you worked on the docks in Philadelphia. What was the location? What was the name of the company? Who was your boss? And furthermore, what was your name? Or if that's too much, what was your father's name? How old were you when you were turned? What country does your family hail from? I hope I'm not being too much of an "incolent mortal" here.
Valel

Hello Valel,
How amusing. I was told that this might happen. The people at FrightScape were afraid that I would be be angry. I explained to them that I was really past the point of being offended.
The company I worked for was "Fincher and Flower."
I worked for the son Joseph Flower who was all of twenty two at the time.
We had a contract with Rittenhouse paper Mill.
Near Little Dock Creek (Which has since been filled in) by where the eventually built "The Man Full of Trouble Tavern." (Easy prey from there)
I will NOT tell you my real name, nor will I ever reveal that.
My father's first name was Thomas. And was originally from England.
My Father's Family came to Philadelphia in 1644 and were among the first English Settlers.
As I stated in my earlier introduction I was seventeen.
I attended Penn Charter School. Where I stayed until my father passed.
Is there anything else you must know?
Agememnon

I wonder whether you see being a vampire as a black and white, clearly defined arena? Is one either vampire or mortal..cut and dry..or does a grey area exist? If a grey area does exist, how do these half and half (or any other mixture) beings come into existance? Or is it just a coincidence that there are certain mortals out there who have extraordinary mental powers, loathe the sun (or are allergic to it), work better at night, etc.? Thank you for you insight...
Regards,
Arondela
Ps. I wonder if you know an aquaintance of mine. The initials are MJ and state of residence Pennsylvania.
Subject: Vampires and Heredity

Greetings Arondela,
I have been asked this question before. I beleve that there are more things in heaven and earth than you or I can understand.
I am aware of people with powers and abilities who are not Vampyres. I know of those who loathe the sun. I often move among these that you describe. They bear the feeling of the vampyre but the torture of not actually being one.
Perhaps it is akin to homosexuality, with a real preference for something nature had, unfortunately, not bilogically destined.
As for your aquaintence whose initials are MJ, Pennsylvania is a rather largeplace and I actually know of several people with those initials. You might want to be more specific.
Walk carefully,
Agememnon

Hi
Im Nita, 21 year old female living in South Africa. You probably get lots of mail .........given the surcomstances of what you claim to be........so I want to make this short.......in the hope you will reply on my email.
I have been haunted by dreams of vampires since I was a little girl......thus the fascination with them.....you In my dreams they are immortal and they do have to drink blood to survive..... I have not yet come across any such as described in my dreams nor have I spoken to one......unless you count the crazies and pretenders out there.
Im wondering if you could tell me how much of the legend is true in your case.
Im looking for something that will help me understand my dreams.
I guess one can say that it is my obsession now......but it chose me.....not visa versa.
Sincerely
Nita

Hello Nita,
I can understand and sympathise with you, I too was not given a choice. It (in my case she) chose me. Much of the lifestyle of a vampyre has been over-glamorized by movies, books and television.
We need the blood to end the torment of the thirst.
I'm not sure I can understand mortal dreams of the vampyre. We are not etherial, yet we do exist.
I have come across many who have honed their teeth and long to be part of our world. Some do become part of it. Nowhere else can a real vampyre move more freely among mortals than among the pretenders.
I hope you find what you are looking for.
Much Affection,
Agememnon

Hi there,good evening...
I was cheking the site "frightscape" when I found your email address.I read the story of your life and how you became a vampire.
I can tell ya that I do believe in your existence but, in the other hand,I ask myself if that's true or not.
I'll only believe in it if I see a real vampire. They say it's all fiction and legend...how can it be??? I read many books about vampires and stuff and it's hard to believe but it seems to be so real u know.
Who's the oldest vampire on Earth???
Do u know????How old are you???
I hope to hear from you,
Mary

Greetings Mary,
Most fiction is based in fact. However in the intrests of "entertaining," many writers take a certain liberty. There are also few books written though the eyes of a real vampyre.
Nothing can describe the unbearable thirst that we suffer every evening. We have been given certain tools in nature, strength, and a keener senses. But this is like most creatures in nature.
Take the common house cat for instance. He can jump as much as six feet in the air from a stand still. That would be like an ordianry mortal jumping up a five story building. A cat can do it because that's what he needs to survive in the wild. I believe I have my abilities for the same reasons.
I do not know who is the oldest vampyre. I have seen some older than myself, but not many. This year I celebrated my 295th birthday. I was born in 1705.
Enjoy the daylight,
Agememnon

I was wondering if you could let me know the best way to become a
vampire's prey? How do vampires hunt for their food? Do
the people that survive a vampire's feeding from them ever tell
others what happened to them? I understand you have never counted
your teeth but could you please let me know how many teeth you
have? Do you remember any of your classmates' names from around
1716 to 1720? what grades of school did you attend? how old were
you when you started school? Sorry if I seem to be prying, but I
am just trying to figure out if you are a vampire or not. I would
love to believe you, but have met too many fakers. (especially on
the internet.) If you would like to respond to some of these
questions privately I can understand. Are there any sites on the
web where real vampires talk to each other? Have you ever heard of
Lady Chantel of the Telemesca? take care and may the sunlight never find you.
mike leisti
Hello again Mr. Leisti, I'm quite certain that some survive the feeding. Some do not. I hunt
in the darkness, I hunt among mortals who look as I do. Who emulate the
Vampyre. I am not like Ann Rice's "Lestat." Personally, although I enjoy her
writings, they are not of the current day. Best not to leave a victim
completely drained. The Vampyre's darkest cloak, and I'm sure others of my kind
would agree with me, is those who refuse to believe in us.
I had two closer friends in School a Wickert Claypoole and a James Levering.
Both were somewhat successful. James had a land inheritance and I can't seem
to remember what happend to Wickert. It's been quite a while since those days.
If it makes you happy I have counted twenty-nine teeth, including my fangs.
This "Telemesca" sounds like something out of one of Ms. Rice's stories. I
can't possibly take something like it seriously.
Leanna does not approve of my writing on this nor would she approve of telling
of her life. I can tell you she was turned by a woman named Josephine who
disappeared before we met. In respect for her, I will say no more about her.
I hope I have answered your questions satisfacorally, Mr. Lesti. If you do
not believe in me, I don' really care. In fact, I prefer it.
Good evening, and walk carefully,
Agememnon
I meet alot of people
off the internet. Those who think they are beings of a super
natural state, or who actually are. Hence why I end up in
trouble from time to time.
Let me see how I can start a conversation properly now...
You have been around since the 1700s if I remember
correctly. In all that time the world has been changing,
getting worse and worse as far as crime goes. People
don't care for one another anymore they just want to
destroy the earth and destroy each other. Have you
thought about becoming a bit of an executioner. I've
found several people that appoint themselves judge
jury and executioner. They always end up dead because
there are more people doing bad than good. You, I
don't think would have that problem. So have you
ever thought about enforcing any laws of sort. Killing
the people that do things that are against whatever
you belive in.
-Mem
Hello Memblin,
I do not believe that the world has become more cruel. In many ways it has become better. Crime was always as it is now. The only difference is, there are more people now and there is better communication now. There were atrocities performed on people only one hundred years ago that would make some of the crimes of today seem like children squabbling over a toy. It seems like more because there are more people, we see it worse, because we are now able to bring it into everyone's homes in graphic detail.
I have considered taking up the plight of causes. Using my need to improve society. Leanna pointed out to me that, it's not my place to put my opinion of moratlity on others. I hunt for my needs not the needs of society. My nature is just that, not a force for Justice.
You say you have met "supernatural beings." How do YOU define "supernatural?" The very term "supernatural" is a contradiction. Everything is a part of nature. There is only that which we do not, as yet understand.
Walk carefully my friend,
Agememnon
I have been asked by the Web Master of this site to answer your questions to the best of my ability about being a vampyre. You may email me at agememnon@frightscape.zzn.com or Click Here to send me a message.
I have made an agreement with FrightScape that they may post the contents of some messages unless you specify that the message be totally private.

Asking one how to become a Vampyre's prey is like hasing someone how
to get robbed on the streets. Just being in the wrong place at MY right
time.
